Valley Children’s Welcomes Stanislaus County
It is an exciting time for Valley Children’s. As of January 1st 2021, Valley Children’s is working with all Children’s Miracle Network Partners in Stanislaus County. We are grateful for all of the dedication and commitment to raising funds through CMNH for so many years – first for UC Davis Children’s Hospital and now for Valley Children’s Healthcare.
Valley Children’s has established an outpatient center in Modesto since 2003, and expanded services in Stanislaus County with the opening of the Pelandale Specialty Care Center in Modesto in February 2019. We now provide pediatric services for more than 23,000 outpatient visits annually for residents of Stanislaus County, 13,268 of which occurred within the county. In 2019, we also saw 671 children from Stanislaus County at Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera for inpatient stays.
We are so excited to work with our new partners in the years ahead! We are gaining the support of more than 50 stores including Panda Express, Costco, Walmart, Ace Hardware, Walgreens, and many more. Their fundraising efforts will continue to provide much needed critical care and services for children from Modesto, Turlock, Ceres, Oakdale and throughout the county.
